Better than the Nikon charger

This is a great charger, it's totally portable with foldaway outlet prongs, is dual voltage for travel abroad and not bulky like the Nikon charger. I use this now instead of the supplied charger from Nikon that requires a cable.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a portable charger for their Nikon camera. I have three, one for each vehicle and a spare for home. It saves me from using a power inverter with the Nikon charger in my car.

The charger works with both an EN EL3A and EN EL3E, it's smaller and lighter than the Nikon Charger. Charging time is the same or faster. I really like the fold out plug rather than the too long detachable Nikon cord. The Car charger is a plus, but I think only for long trips (long on time) most cars no longer leave the lighter on with the car off. I definitely recommend this product.

No need to worry about a lemon purchase on this item. You can buy 5 of the them (inc shipping) for less than the Nikon brand. Plus, as another reviewer noted, it is smaller and more convenient than the Nikon OEM. You don't have to worry about tracking down a separate charging cord...
