Perfect strap for snorkeling

After reading some of the other reviews about straps breaking, I attached this strap to my camera body and also tied the factory wrist strap to this floating strap as a backup. No problems at all. Was really glad I had it for snorkeling in the ocean. Bouyant enough to keep my waterproof camera afloat. I would buy again.

This strap floats. That's what it's supposed to do. It doesnt float high in the water but keeps your camera off the bottom of the lake. Way better than tying 2 feet of rope to your camera when your kayaking. No more knots for me.

I purchased a mid-ranged underwater camera and luckily this strap at the same time! The camera is solid and doesn't have the slightest tendency to float!! Had this strap not been suggested at the time, I would have probably lost my camera in the ocean. It is a little cumbersome to carry when you are not in the water, but there is a clip that you can easily release the float strap from the camera. My only misgiving is the plastic clip is a little on the lightweight side. I bought one for my brother-as he too bought an underwater camera, but not a float strap. His clip broke before he got in the water. overall: a cameras best friend in the water! Well worth the small investment to protect the larger investment in the camera.

this strap does what it is suppose to . It floats, it can be seen floating. I bought it for my Pan Lumix TS2 digital camera. I take it on my kayak and when taking pics of the kids boogie boarding. I am right there in the surf with them.
My only knock would be that a few times when there is enough pressure on the strap, it can seperate from the camera. The connection is a little flimsy. So far so good.
